Postage stamp prices are steadily rising, just like everything else. But as someone who's managed household budgets for years, I've found a reliable way to score cheap—or even free—stamps without compromising reliability.
Even with a 'no junk mail' sign on your mailbox, promotional letters often arrive with prepaid envelopes included.
These are your goldmine for saving on postage.
Here's how it works:

1. Collect a prepaid envelope from junk mail.
2. Cut a piece of white paper to match the size of the original address area.
3. Affix the paper over the address you want to cover securely.
4. Write your new recipient's address on the paper slip.
5. Insert your letter and drop it in the mailbox.
Your mail goes out postage-free—simple as that! :-)

Important Note: This method doesn't work with "T" stamped envelopes.
Bonus tip for envelopes: Reuse ones you receive by carefully opening them without tearing, crossing out the old address, and adding the new one.
With these proven strategies, drawn from real-life experience, you'll cut costs on stamps and envelopes effortlessly.
